Elegant atmosphere!

Property was gorgeous, with patient staff and stunning location in the centre where everything happens. Variety of food at the sensational and marvellous breakfast.

We had a spotless room with big bed and a safe, climate control, and a storage. The service was great as we had expected.

Had a good stay on Friday night, everything was lovely. I liked the breakfast with plenty of local food. Booked triple room with a storage and a kettle.

The atmosphere created was ELEGANT. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was marvellous and satisfactory.

Aparthotel Karmel in this historical center of Krakow is a hidden gem. the value for money is unbeatable. The prices are incredibly reasonable considering the quality and attention to detail this hotel provides. Secondly, the location couldn't be better. Situated in a charming district near the old town, it offers easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. Lastly, the service and staff are top-notch. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by friendly faces and helpful individuals who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities you could need, including twin beds with a child-size bed, perfect for families. And don't get me started on the breakfast spread – delicious and satisfying!

No improvements needed – everything was perfect!

Wonderful location in the middle of Kazimierz. Lovely staff. No hustle. Room large...

...But perhaps a bit too standard for my liking. In a beautiful area like that it would have been nice with a room designed in a more authentic Kazimierz style. Surely there is local furniture and art to decorate the room in a more interesting way. Keep it real!

The hotel breakfast was good The location of hotel is good. Many good adjacent restaurants.

Bed not comfortable. Room size is a problem. No proper reception or lounge area. Generally the decor and furniture is past due date. Shower head needs replacing.

Exceptional services!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. Situated in a charming and emerging district, it was close to all the main attractions and just a short walk or tram ride away from the historical center. The area was lively and filled with restaurants and bars, giving me plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were all professional, helpful, and spoke English fluently. They made sure I had everything I needed and even packed me a breakfast bag for my early departure. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. I loved having twin beds situated end to end, and the rooms were always clean and had all the necessary amenities. The fresh bottle of sparkling water was a nice touch. And I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast spread with a wide variety of choices, including made-to-order omelets and scrambled eggs. my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value in a charming area.

Everything was perfect!

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is in a very cool Bohemian area with lots of different kinds of restaurants and local bars, offering different styles and vibes. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and shops, as well as a market. It is just several stops by tram and a few minutes' walk from the centre, making it very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The hotel may look a little bit old-fashioned, but it fits perfectly with the unique and nice atmosphere of the area.

The staff was excellent, the accommodation was perfect and fairly clean. I have stayed in twin room for 3 nights, it was complete with the bathroom, twin beds, as example. The place had an elegant atmosphere. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Main Square. The airport was a 22-minute drive from the property. Had a good stay here.
